These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mortgage Authority Hub ("MAH," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Authority Systems Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
Mortgage Authority Hub provides a white-label mortgage scenario presentation platform for licensed mortgage brokers and loan officers ("Subscribers"). The platform allows Subscribers to create branded mortgage presentations, generate client-facing links, export PDF summaries, and track client engagement.
MAH is a presentation and educational tool only. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, financial advisor, or regulated financial institution. Nothing produced by MAH constitutes a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, rate quote, offer to lend, or financial advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed mortgage professional operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws to use MAH. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.
MAH is intended for use by mortgage brokers and loan officers in a professional capacity. Use of the platform for consumer-facing applications outside of mortgage presentation is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized use, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
MAH operates on a monthly subscription basis. By providing your payment information and completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You agree to use MAH only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable mortgage industry regulations, including but not limited to RESPA, TILA, and applicable state licensing laws. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of your brokerage name, logo, and branding materials uploaded to MAH. By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited license to display and deliver that content as part of the service you have subscribed to.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your branding materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
MAH does not collect, store, or transmit your clients' personal financial information. All mortgage calculations are performed client-side in the browser. Scenario inputs entered into the calculator are not stored on our servers.
Subscriber account information (name, email, brokerage details) is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MAH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs will be accurate for any specific lending scenario.
All mortgage calculations produced by MAH are illustrative estimates based on simplified fixed-rate amortization assumptions. Actual loan terms, payments, and costs will vary based on lender policies, credit profile, market conditions, and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAH's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
In no event shall MAH be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mortgage Authority Hub and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the platform, or applicable law.
Upon termination, your branded subdomain will be deactivated and your access to the platform will end. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active Subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
