Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, brokerage name, and password (stored in encrypted form). You may optionally provide your phone number, NMLS number, website, and tagline during onboarding.
Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe stores and processes this information in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
Branding Assets: Your logo and brand color selections are stored to power your branded subdomain and client-facing presentations.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and login timestamps to improve the platform and diagnose issues.
Client Link Activity: When your clients open presentation links you generate, we may record the timestamp, approximate device type, and view count associated with that link. We do not collect your clients' names, contact information, or financial data.
MAH does not collect, store, or transmit your clients' personal financial information. All mortgage scenario calculations are performed locally in the browser. Loan amounts, interest rates, and other inputs entered into the calculator are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion to allow for account reactivation. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your account information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
